I wanted to be fit and healthy, so I tried it all. Eliminating carbs. Counting calories. Insane workout regimens. Not only did they not work - especially long term - but they also made me feel miserable. I had no energy, I wasn’t sleeping well, my hair became dry and brittle, I was moody...the terrible list just went on and on.
