Super excited to share my results after 2 rounds of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® - I have lost 14lbs, I’m down 2 sizes in jeans and I went from a 36” to a 30” in bra size! WOOOOHOOO! I also did a hydrostatic body fat test and those results showed that I have maintained my lean muscle mass and the 14lbs I have lost was all BODY FAT. Which means that I’m fueling my body correctly with the right amount of food at the right time and the workouts have been extremely efficient and effective.

And it just feels SO GOOD to be heading into the new year with a plan I know will work and will also allow me the freedom to live my life and enjoy the things I love.I have truly found balance and a lifestyle that is sustainable and that is the best new year’s gift I could ever give myself.

I have struggled with weight since college. I had 2 really tough pregnancies where I gained about 58 lbs during each one. I tried everything there was to do...all fad diets and all extreme exercising programs. I could BARELY lose 10 pounds! I would get so upset and just eat everything that was in my reach. My little family moved 5 hours away from all of our family and friends, so then depression hit and I didn't have ANY energy to even fight it. When my baby turned 1, I saw the pictures of myself at his 1st birthday party and was just FED UP! So after a year of following Amanda (FWTFL), I took the plunge and have never looked back! My fitness journey started 4 years ago. I’ve always been athletic and fit but let myself go in my late 40’s. When I turned 51 I knew something had to change. I started working out 6 to 7 days a week. It was mostly cardio with a couple of days of strength training and I was eating 80% clean. I did this for 3 years. I lost about 20 lbs the first year but still had 20 lbs to go and it would not budge. My doctor told me about the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® in early 2017. I started my first round in March 2017 and the fat just started melting off! I did a second round then entered the VIP program and I’ve been living the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® ever since. I’m 55 now and leaner and stronger than I’ve ever been! I had been dealing with stomach issues over the last 10 years and once I started intermittent fasting ALL my stomach issues went away. My return to work after five months on maternity leave was what prompted me to join the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® program. I wanted to return vibrant and energetic! I am a recovering yo-yo dieter but I had given up and let the pounds pack on. I was overweight, technically obese, at the start of both of my pregnancies. After my second pregnancy, I knew it was time to make a change. I want to be an example for my girls and have the energy to parent them.
As a registered dietitian, I was looking for something effective, scientific and sustainable. I found the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® & after just a couple of weeks of my first round I knew I had found the answer. These pictures are from my first round where I lost 17lbs and 23" (13" from my midsection alone!). I'm proudest of those inches! I went from a size 14 to a size 10. I’m a mom of 3 and 6 months postpartum. This postpartum journey has been my toughest. I struggled with depression and really bad anxiety for the first 4 months of my babies life.
